Product Grades :
Hi-Rel grade power modules are used in harsh environment conditions for Aerospace, Avionics, Defense and Naval applications.
Industrial grade power modules are used in demanding applications including Transportation/Railways and various rugged high-end Industrial Equipment.

Hi-Rel grade modules are designed for demanding applications in extreme environments such as aerospace, military, high-end industrial applications. The modules are potted with a military qualified thermal conductive compound and packaged in a five sided metallic case.
