Design Tools
Simplifying your future
GAIA Converter has developed a complete set of design tools to help engineers when building their power supplies.
Thermal calculator:
The thermal calculator is used to determine the 4 major parameters of the thermal behavior of a component:
– maximum output power delivred for a given ambient temperature
– maximum thermal impedance for a given output power
– maximum ambient temperature for a given output power
– temperature rise for a given output power
Trim Calculation:
The trim calculator allows the user to determine the value of the trim resistor that is used to slightly adjust the output voltage of most of GAIA Converter’s DC/DCs.
Hold-up calculator:
The Hold-up Value Calculator allows the user to compute the hold-up capacitor value that is required for association with any of GAIA Converter’s hold-up modules.
